Slow-Cooker Pot Roast

Cut the roast into halves and make small slits in the top of each half
- 1 boneless beef chuck roast (about 3 pounds)
- 2 large garlic cloves, sliced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups red wine
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 can tomato sauce (8-ounce)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 bay leaf
- 8 small red potatoes
- 8 carrots, peeled and quartered
- 3 ribs celery

- COMBINE:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 2 lb. pork stew meat or shoulder, trimmed, cut into 2-inch cubes
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
- ADD:
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- DEGLAZE:
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken or beef broth
- STIR IN:
- 1 1/2 cups peeled and cubed sweet potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups peeled and cubed russet potatoes
- 1 cup diced turnips
- 1 cup diced parsnips
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- Salt and black pepper to taste
One-Pan Chicken Bruschetta Zoodles

1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat
- 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces

- 1 pint heavy or whipping cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar, or to taste

- Chocolate éclair filling:
- Pastry Cream:
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or Vanilla Crush; or 1/2 vanilla bean, slit lengthwise
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks

- 1 cup macaroni boiled
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1 or 2 cup chopped carrots, potato, celery with leaves, cabbage
- 1/2 cup garbanzo beans or green beans, or any beans of your choice
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 4 cups of vegetable broth or water
