- 30 whole pitted kalamata olives, cut in half lengthwise
- 6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- Fresh parsley leaves, roughly chopped
- DRESSING:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar, or more to taste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 6 kalamata olives, chopped fine
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 whole lemon, for squeezing

- Sesame-Ginger Dressing:
- 1/2 cup canola oil {3.75oz}
- 1/4 cup vinegar {2.25oz}
- 1/3 cup brown sugar {2.5oz}
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce {1oz}
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/2-1 teaspoons powdered ginger
- 1/4 teaspoons garlic {opt}
- 1/4 tsp. ground white or black pepper {opt}
- Chicken:
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2-4 tablespoons Sesame Ginger Dressing
- Greens:
- 1 lb. greens-collard, mustard, etc.
- 2-4 tablespoons Sesame Ginger Dressing
- Salad:
- 1 head romaine or your favorite lettuce, cleaned, cut
- 1 {4oz} can Mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 small red onion cut in rings
- 1/2 cup Sesame Ginger Dressing, to taste
OUTBACK BLUE CHEESE DRESSING

- 2 tablespoons buttermilk {1oz}
- 1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
