Mug Cake Recipes

1. Combine all ingredients and mix until just combined
- 1 1 1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1 1 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup high quality cocoa powder
- 1 1 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1 1 egg
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup whole milk
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- Toppings, like whipped cream, powdered sugar or chocolate sauce
- Vanilla Mug Cake Recipe
- 1/2 1 to mug cake recipe, substituting seeds from 1/2 a vanilla bean (or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract) for the cocoa. Cut the bean in half lengthwise, then use a small sharp knife to scrape out the seeds. Garnish with twirls of lemon peel.

- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 eggs
- 1 pouch Betty Crocker® chocolate chip cookie mix (17.5oz) (makes 3 doz)
- Vanilla ice cream, as desired
