Cinnamon Toast Pecans

Preheat oven to 250*. Stir together all ingredients except the pecans
- 2 tbs butter melted
- 2 tbs light corn syrup
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 cups [1 pound] pecan pieces
Potato Skin appetizer

Top with sour cream, bacon, green onion and cheese and serve
- Scoop out baked potato cut in half- then quarter them- salt/pepper- brush with butter and place on grill- you can place on cookie sheet when almost done and top with bacon and cheese and finish cooking
Fresh Apple Cake

Preheat oven to 350* grease and flour fluted pan
- Caramel glaze:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cup veg oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups peeled and chopped apples
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecan
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 tsp milk
- In a small saucepan, combine and bring to boil over med heat. Cook until temp reaches 234* stirring occasionally.
Strawberry Bread

Preheat oven to 350*. Grease and flour loaf pans {either 2 large or 6 small}
- 2-10 ounce package frozen strawberries thawed or 2 cups fresh
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cup sugar
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Cherry Poke Cake

Prepare cake as usual. Place cool cake top sides up into clean pans prick with a fork
- 1 package super moist yellow cake mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 package jello {cherry or any flavor}
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 - whipped topping {thawed}
Jimmy Dean Sausage and Cheese Balls

Preheat oven to 375*. Mix all ingredients together
- 2 pounds regular sausage
- 1 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Strawberry Banana Cooler

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth
- 2 cups unsweetened orange juice
- 1/4 cup whole frozen strawberries
- 1 banana sliced
- 4 ice cubes
Best Red Velvet Cake

Preheat oven to 350* Grease and line 2- 9 inch pans with parchment paper
- 2-1/4 cup sifted flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 2 ounces red food coloring
- 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Have all ingredients at room temperature
