Breakfast Casseroles

Preheat to 350. Lightly grease medium baking dish, prick potatoes with a fork, place in baking dish

- 12 eggs slightly beaten

- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup lukewarm milk {scalded and cooled}
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup shortening or butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 3 1/2 to 4 cups flour
Taco Pie

Grease a large pie plate. Cook beef until brown and drain
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 1/4 milk
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 3/4 cup chopped green chilies drained
- 3/4 cup Bisquick mix
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
