- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 chopped apple
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
- 2 tablespoons protein powder
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2-3 dates
Warm Roasted Beet Salad

Drizzle beets with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh ground pepper and sea salt
- 2-3 large beets
- 1 package feta cheese
- 1 package of greens or kale of choice
- Croutons
- Halved walnuts (optional)
- Orange rosemary or pepper herb dressing
Lobster Sandwich

Mix Aioli sauce ingredients together and refrigerate at least 1 hour in advance
- Aioli sauce:
- 2 8-ounce lobster tails, broiled
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
- lettuce leaves
- Aioli sauce
- Havarti or cheddar cheese
- Bread of choice
- 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- lemon juice to taste
- olive oil to taste

Casbah Carrot and Navy Bean Soup

Presoak beans: Put the navy beans in a pressure cooker and cover with water by 1 inch
- 2 cups dried navy beans
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 4 cups coarsely chopped carrots (1-inch chunks)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 bag baby spinach
Dilled Salmon Cakes (B/S)

Preparation In small bowl, combine sauce ingredients; mix well
- SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/3 cup seeded, chopped tomato
- 1/3 cup seeded, chopped cucumber

- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- SALMON CAKES:
- 1 can (14-3/4 ounces) pink salmon, drained, skin and bones removed
- 3/4 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 1/3 cup liquid egg substitute with yolk or 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar

- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium)

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder

My Orzo Salad

- 1 bag fresh spinach
- 1 jar grilled artichokes, drained & chopped
- 1 jar sun-dried julienne tomatoes, drained
- 16 ounce package orzo
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Cheese curds, chopped
- Italian seasoning to taste

- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 1 1 tbsp distilled white vinegar or fresh lime/lemon juice
