Tilapia Parmesan

Preheat BBQER.. I use a pan on the BBQER
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 cup butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 pounds tilapia fillets
Homemade Soft Caramels

Combine the corn syrup, brown sugar, milk and butter in a saucepan
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 pound butter
Spicy Pumpkin Vodka Infusion

- 2 cups raw kabocha or sugar pumpkin, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch chunks
- 3 cups vodka
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 whole vanilla beans
- 3 large pieces candied ginger, cut into long pieces
Snickers Caramel Apple Salad

Whisk vanilla pudding packet, ½ cup milk and cool whip together until well combined
- 6 regular size Snickers Candy Bars
- 4 medium apples, I used Red Delicious
- 1 (5.1 oz.) package Vanilla Instant Pudding, dry, do not prepare
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (16 oz.) tub cool whip, thawed to room temp
- 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
Chicken & Dumpling Soup in Crock Pot

Chicken & Dumplings is a popular comfort food dish commonly found in the South
- Chicken:
- 2 -1/2 — 3 lbs. chicken pieces with the skin removed
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 medium carrots, chopped
- 1 cup of peas, frozen or fresh
- 1 bay leaf
- 1-1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- Dumplings:
- 2 cups baking mix (Bisquick or similar)
- 1/2 cup milk
Strawberry-Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast

- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 12 slices white bread
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- Butter, for cooking
- Maple syrup, for serving
- Strawberry Syrup, for serving, recipe follows
- Confectioners' sugar, for serving
- 3 cups sliced strawberries

In a large skillet, melt the butter and scramble the eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 large eggs
- One 16-ounce bag frozen hash browns, such as Tater Tots, thawed
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1 pound bacon
- One 9-ounce package cheese and roasted garlic tortellini
- 10 ounces sharp Cheddar, grated (about 2 1/2 cups)
Banana Cream Pie

- 12 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 cups half and half
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 12-ounce box of mini Nilla Vanilla wafer cookies
- 6 ripe bananas, sliced into 1/4-inch coin shapes
- Whipped cream for topping
Baked Pork Chops

- 2 quarts water
- 1/4 Cup salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon brown sug
- 4 (1-inch thick) pork chops
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- Vegetable oil, for grill grates
Cranberry Chutney

Combine first 5 ingredients in skillet or saucepan over medium heat and cook a few minutes
- 1 1/2 c fresh cranberries
- 1/4 c fresh orange juice
- 1/2 Granny Smith apple, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, sliced (separate pith)
- lemon zest
- 1/2 c sugar
- pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of cloves
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- splash of white wine vinegar
