- 1/2 cup honey (5.5oz)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (1.9oz)
- 2 tablespoons dried onion
- 2 tablespoons ketchup(1.6)
- 1 tablespoon oil(.3)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch dissolved in 3 Tablespoons water
- Sesame seeds
Chicken Vesuvio

A rich chicken dinner from the crock pot
- 6 (12-oz.) bone-in, skin-on split chicken breasts, trimmed
- 3 Tbsp. extra-virtin olive oil, divided
- 2 onions, minced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced and mashed to a paste, divided
- 1 tsp. minced fresh oregano, or 1 tsp. dried
- 1/4 tsp. rep pepper flakes
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1 1/2 lb. red potatoes (4-5 medium), scrubbed and cut into 1-in. chunks
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 fresh rosemary sprig
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest plus 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Instant Pot Chocolate cheesecake

- 6-7 Graham Crackers
- 3 T Butter, Melted
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 T Brown sugar
- 2 T cocoa
- 16 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. White sugar
- 1/3 c. Greek yogurt (2.9 oz)
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 pinches sea salt
- 1-1/4 chocolate chips (7.5 oz)
Homemade Pizza

This is a favorite because you can tailor the toppings to your favorites! When the kids were younger, I would make...
- Crust:
- 1 package of active dry yeast (or 2 1/4 tsp)
- 1 c. warm water (105-115 degrees)(
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil or olive oil (1.0)
- 2 1/2 c. all purpose flour or whole wheat flour (13.2)
- 1 can Contadina Pizza sauce (1/2 can per pizza - I freeze what's left in a ziploc bag.
- Cheese - Any kind you have (mozzarella, colby, Monterrey Jack)
- Toppings. I'm partial to veggies, so here are what I often make:
- Roast Vegetables: in cast iron skillet cook onions, celery, carrots, pepper in oil till soft.
- Spinach: Wash and chop fresh spinach, onion, pineapple, tomato.
- Traditional Veggie: Onion, gr. pepper, tomato
- Other ideas: any veggie in fridge - broccoli, mushrooms, olives
- Meat: ham, pepperoni, hamburger, sausage. As I said, I don't make many meat pizzas.
Rhubarb Custard Bars

- Filling:
- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. cold butter or marg.
- 2 c. sugar
- 7 T flour
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 3 eggs beaten
- 5 c. finely chopped flesh or frozen rhubarb, thawed and drained
- Topping:
- 2 pkgs (3oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1.2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
White Chicken Chili - Amy's

- 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped (1 cup)
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3 cups broth
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- 1 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Oregano
- 1/4 red pepper sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can (15 to 16 oz) great northern beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 can (15 to 16 oz) butter beans, drained, rinsed
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
Black Bean and Corn Salsa

made this once but substituted tomatoes with green chilis and used a red onion
- 1 15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 15-ounce can whole-kernel corn, drained (frozen doesn't seem as good)
- 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes with Jalapenos, drained (or 3-4 fresh tomatoes diced)
- 4 hot green banana peppers, diced (or one Jalapenos, etc.)
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions (1 med. red onion, diced)
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil (approx.)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro - be generous
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice - be generous
- 1 Tbs balsamic vinegar (approx.)
- 1 Tbs white vinegar (approx.)
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Ramen Noodle Cole Slaw

Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, and seasoning packet from noodles, together
- dressing:
- 1 pkg. pre-packaged cole slaw
- slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 small pkg sunflower seeds
- 2-3 chopped green onions or 2 Tbl. onion, chopped
- 1 pkg chicken or beef flavored Ramen noodles, broken into small pieces - uncooked.
- 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/3 c. sugar
Easy Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie
