This Tortellini Soup is so delicious and flavorful
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 of a large onion, diced
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 19 oz Hot Italian Turkey Sausage, casings removed
- 1 quart low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
- 1 9oz package of fresh cheese tortellini
- 4 cups of baby spinach
Pralines and Cream Dream Dessert

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Crust:
- 1 (11.3 oz.) box of crushed Sandies pecan cookies
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Cream Cheese Filling:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. cool whip, thawed
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Pudding Layer:
- 2 small boxes INSTANT butterscotch pudding, dry not prepared and NOT cook n' serve
- 3 1/2 cup milk
- Topping:
- 12 oz. cool whip
- Sugared Pecans:
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Remaining Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Carmel ice cream topping
Strawberry Margarita Jello Shooters

Choose the largest strawberries that you can find
- 2 lbs. of Strawberries
- 6 oz. of Margarita Mix
- 1 Cup of Tequila
- 2 oz. of Tripe Sec or Grand Marnier®
- 3 oz. Strawberry Flavored Jell-O®
- Sugar and Limes (for garnish)

1.Add the sifted cocoa powder to a medium sized bowl and pour in the cup of hot liquid

Position an oven rack about 4 inches from the broiler and heat the broiler on high
- 4 large poblano chiles
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 medium white onion, chopped
- 1 large clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp. dried oregano, crumbled
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- Generous pinch ground cinnamon
- Kosher salt
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken, preferably dark meat
- 1-1/2 cups cooked brown or white rice
- 2 cups grated sharp or extra-sharp white Cheddar (about 7 oz.)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbs. lime juice

Grind the chocolate in a food processor until it reaches the consistency of coarse meal, about 30 seconds
- 12 oz. semisweet chocolate (55% to 60% cacao), coarsely chopped or broken into pieces (2 slightly heaping cups)
