Raspberry Palimer Shortcakes

1 Heat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper
- Raspberry Palmiers
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 2 tablespoons raspberry preserves, melted
- Coarse sugar
- Cream Cheese Filling
- 2 packages (3 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
- Raspberry Filling
- 1/4 cup raspberry preserves
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- Mint leaves, if desired
Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients for batter, melt chocolate chips then add to the mix
- cake:
- 1 pkg Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 1 (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- glaze:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Lunch Lady Peanut Butter Bars

Amy's DELICIOUS recipe that she got from Six Sisters Stuff
- bars:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups peanut butter (divided)
- 2 cups oatmeal (not quick)
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- frosting:
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1-2 tsp vanilla (depending on your taste)
- 3 Tablespoons cocoa (I have never really exactly measured)
- 2-3 cups of powdered sugar
- Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer until smooth and spread on top of bars.
Club Chicken

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
- 5-6 chicken breasts (thawed)
- 1 1/2 cup crushed Townhouse or Club crackers
- 1 package Italian salad dressing mix
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- Pepper to taste

- 2 Cups peanut butter.
- 1 Stick butter
- 3 cups rice cripies cereal
- 1 pound powdered sugar
Triple Lemon Cake

- Cake
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup oil
- 2/3 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- Lemon Curd
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 1-2 lemons)
- 2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 3 tbsp butter (I used unsalted)
- Lemon Buttercream
- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 1 1/2 cups shortening
- 12 cups (3 lbs) powdered sugar
- 3 tsp finely grated lemon zest
- 6 tbsp lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
- 1-2 tsp water - plus more to the consistency you want
Ham and Cheese Melts

1 Heat oven to 375°F
- 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® refrigerated biscuits (any variety)
- 8 slices American cheese
- 8 oz thinly sliced deli ham
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon water
Orange Creamcicle Cupcakes

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line muffin pans with cupcake liners
- 1 box white cake mix (dry)
- 3oz box orange gelatin (dry)
- Eggs
- Oil
- Water
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp orange extract
- 1 tsp orange zest
- (frosting:)
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 to 2 tablespoons whipping cream
Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
See's Fudge

Put sugar, salt, milk, and butter in large pot and bring to boiling point for 6 minutes, stirring constantly
- 4 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
- dash of salt
- 1 cube butter or margarine
- 12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
- 12 oz. milk chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 small jars marshmallow cream
