- 6 T. MAYONNAISE or Salad Dressing
- 4 T. SWEET PICKLE Relish
- 3-4 tsp. HORSERADISH (more or less to your taste), well drained
- 2 tsp. Honey Dijon MUSTARD
- 1/4 tsp. SALT (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. Ground BLACK Pepper

This is a recipe for dip that my sister made up years ago for a party
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 can chopped Ortega chilies
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- seasoned salt to taste

- 3/4 C. BROWN SUGAR
- 1/2 C. GINGER SNAP, crumbs
