- 2 cans Minced CLAMS, drained, reserve liquid
- 4 T. CLAM JUICE
- 4 T. SOUR CREAM
- 1/2 T. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- Dash TABASCO
- Dash PAPRIKA
- Dash Lawery's SEASON SALT

- 2 C. SHARP CHEESE, grated
- 4 oz. CREAM CHEESE, softened
- 1 small Can DEVILED HAM
- 1/4 C. RIPE OLIVES, chopped
Herbed Parmesan Spread

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or mixer
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 C. lemon juice
- 1/2 C. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 C. fresh parsley
- 1 t dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 C. mayonnaise
- 1/2 C. sour cream

- 16 oz. can REFRIED BEANS, (with green chilies, onion and garlic)
- 4-1/2 oz. jar BABY FOOD, STRAINED VEGETABLES with BACON
- 1 C. MONTEREY JACK CHEESE, grated
- MILK

- 1 - 10 oz. Chopped SPINACH, frozen, thawed
- 1-1/2 C. SOUR CREAM
- 1 C. MAYONNAISE
- 3 GREEN ONIONS, chopped
- 1 can WATER CHESTNUTS, chopped
- 1 pkg. Knorr's VEGETABLE Soup Mix

- 1 - 7oz. can SHRIMP, drained and chopped
- 1 C. CREAMY COTTAGE CHEESE, large curd
- 3 T. CHILI SAUCE
- 1-1/2 tsp. ONION FLAKES
- 2 tsp. LEMON JUICE
- 2 T. SOUR CREAM
Special Green Beans

BAKE 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes
- Brown in a skillet:
- 1/4 C. Minced ONION
- 2 T. BUTTER
- Remove from heat....Blend in:
- 2 T. FLOUR
- 1/2 tsp. SALT
- 1/4 tsp. PEPPER
- 1/4 tsp. DRY MUSTARD
- 3/4 tsp. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- Return to burner and heat until bubbly:
- ADD....Cook until thickened:
- 1 C. SOUR CREAM
- Mix into above:
- 1 can French Style GREEN BEANS, heated and drained
- Place in a 1-1/2 qt. buttered casserole:
- Sprinkle on top:
- 2 oz. Grated CHEDDAR CHEESE
Baby Back Ribs with Balsamic BBQ Sauce

- ~~ DRY RUB Ingredients:
- 3 racks Babyback Ribs
- 12oz bottle beer
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp. dried oregano
- ~~ BBQ SAUCE Ingredients:
- 3 cups balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3 cups of any basic BBQ sauce
