BAKE 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes

  • Brown in a skillet:
  • 1/4 C. Minced ONION
  • 2 T. BUTTER
  • Remove from heat....Blend in:
  • 2 T. FLOUR
  • 1/2 tsp. SALT
  • 1/4 tsp. PEPPER
  • 1/4 tsp. DRY MUSTARD
  • 3/4 tsp. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • Return to burner and heat until bubbly:
  • ADD....Cook until thickened:
  • 1 C. SOUR CREAM
  • Mix into above:
  • 1 can French Style GREEN BEANS, heated and drained
  • Place in a 1-1/2 qt. buttered casserole:
  • Sprinkle on top:
  • 2 oz. Grated CHEDDAR CHEESE

  • 3 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3 cups of any basic BBQ sauce
