- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 T vegetable oil
- 2 T instant oats
- 1 t garlic powder
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 t beef bouillon powder
- 1 1/2 t water
- 1 tsp gravy master
Barbecue Brisket Sliders

Heat an extra-large, heavy skillet over medium heat until hot, about 3 minutes
- 1 flat-cut beef brisket (4 lbs.),trimmed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ancho chile powder
- Salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons EVOO
- 1 can (12 oz.) cola
- 1 can (14 oz.) fire-roasted crushed tomatoes
- 16 small potato rolls or 8 potato sandwich rolls
- 1/2 cup chipotle-flavored mayonnaise
- 4 small dill pickles, cut on an angle into thin slices
- 16 thin slices swiss

Parmesan Sage Pork Chops

1.In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons rubbed sage
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 bone-in pork loin chops
- 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil

- 8 ounces blood orange juice
- 4 ounces tequila
- Ice cubes
- 2 ounces seltzer
- 2 blood orange slices
- 2 maraschino cherries

- 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 1 bunch arugula (3 oz.)
