- 1 1/2 sticks, unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- NOTE: GRATE THE ORANGE BEFORE SQUEEZING THE JUICE OUT.

- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Hawaiian Chicken Stir-Fry

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet or wok
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large red or green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained
- 2/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 3 tablespoons FRANK'S REDHOT Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 2 tablespoons FRENCH'S Honey Dijon Mustard
Autumn Vegetable Beef Stew

Apple cider and a little bacon give this homemade beef stew great flavor
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds lean stewing beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1 slice bacon, diced
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 1/2 pounds potatoes (about 5 or 6 medium potatoes), diced
- 2 medium carrots, peeled, thinly sliced
- 2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups diced rutabaga
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

- 2 1/2 lb beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons Gold Medal Wondra quick-mixing flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 dried bay leaves
- 1 1/2 cups Progresso beef-flavored broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 1 can (28 oz) Muir Glen Organic Diced Tomatoes, undrained
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
- 3 cloves garlic, finely
- 3 tablespoons
- 1 can (15 oz) Progresso Black Beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso chopped green chiles

"My kids will give up a steak dinner for this spaghetti
- 2 lbs Italian sausage, casings removed (mild or hot)
- 1 small onion, chopped (optional)
- 3 -4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 2 cups water (for a long period of simmering for flavors to meld. If you don't want to simmer it as long, add less)
- 3 teaspoons basil
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1-1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup red wine (a good Cabernet!)
