Grilled Salmon with Garlic Mayo

- 3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 8 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings

Preheat oven to 200°F Fill a wide thick-bottomed pan with about 1 1/2" of oil
- 4 lbs.chicken wings, tips removed, rinsed, and patted dry
- 1 c unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup Sriracha (hot sauce)
- 1/2 cup orange blossom Honey
- 2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 Lime, juice of
- Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Flour for dredging chicken wings (@1/2 c)
- Oil for deep frying, preferably peanut oil
