Rib-Eye Steaks with Tangy Herb Butter

Combine butter, mustard, herbs, lemon juice, red pepper flakes and garlic in a small bowl; mix well
- 2 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped mixed fresh herbs, such as parsley, basil, chives, oregano or rosemary
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cloves garlic, mashed to a paste
- 2 rib-eye steaks (about 8 ounces each, 1 inch thick)
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
Mom’s Tried & True Holiday Fudge Brownies

With this being T H E busiest time of year, I thought it fitting to now share my favorite tried & true basic fudge
- 1/2 cup melted margarine or butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs (lightly whisked)
- 1/4 cup powdered cocoa
- 3/4 cup self-rising flour (add a dash of baking soda & a pinch of Salt if using all purpose flour)
- 1/2-1 cup pecans or walnuts
