- 1 1/2 lbs boneless beef chuck steaks, 1 1/2-inch thick

- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
