NaNa’s Top Secret Teriyaki Marinade

OK – I promised to share my NaNa’s top secret teriyaki marinade recipe ,and I always keep my word
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 green onions, chopped (white and green parts)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/3 cup toasted sesame seeds
Homemade Buffalo Wing Sauce

Melt the butter in a large skillet
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
- 5 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Classic Macaroni Salad

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni (about 1-3/4 cups)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Creamy Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup chopped green or red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
Buttermilk Caramel Syrup

- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Steak Po Boy

New Orleans Classic
- 4 1/2-inch thick strip steaks (about 6 to 8 oz each), trimmed of excess fat
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 large green or red bell peppers (or one of each), seeded and cut into 6 wedges
- 4 1/4-inch thick slices, cut from a large yellow onion
- 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning (available at most supermarkets)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 slices Swiss, Muenster or Provolone cheese
- 4 sandwich rolls, french bread or hoagie rolls

- 1 jar (12 oz) grape or currant jelly
- 1 (14 oz.) bag frozen fully cooked meatballs

- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
