- 1 package (18-1/4 ounces) yellow cake mix with pudding
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream

Foil Dinners

1. Tear off 4 large pieces of heavy duty foil and spray with cooking spray
- 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 emvelope onion soup mix
- 1-2 cups baby carrots
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks
- 1/4 pound green beans-trimmed
- 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1 small onion, sliced thin
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Heavy duty foil
- Cooking spray
Make-Ahead Crispy, Buttery Garlic Bread

- 12 tablespoons butter, softened
- 4 garlic cloves, very finely minced
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- 3 large eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2-3 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Salmon Baked in a Foil Parcel with Green Beans

Wild-caught salmon is an example of one of my splurge foods
- 2 handfuls green beans (I like to take LARGE handfuls of my veggies!)
- 2 lemons
- 2 (7 oz) chunky salmon fillets, skin on
- 2 heaped Tablespoons green pesto (I used homemade pesto from my freezer!)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Love's Sangria Ham

This bone-in ham will emerge from the oven juicy and sweet, thanks to the brown sugar and pineapple juice
- 1 8-pound bone-in Ham, with rind removed
- 1/4 cup whole Cloves
- 1 pound Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
- 2 1/2 cups Sangria Wine (or Burgundy wine)

How to Get a Perfect Golden Pie Crust

We start to drool at the very mention of pie
- Here’s what the various glazes will give you:
- Milk or Cream - An even reddish-brown color with a fairly matte finish.
- Whole Egg, Beaten - Intense yellow-golden color with a shiny finish.
- Egg Yolk, Beaten - Deep golden-brown color with a highly glossy finish.
- Egg White - No color, but a very shiny finish. We use egg whites when we’re planning on sprinkling the crust with sugar. It helps the sugar stick and makes the pie look sparkly.
Tawra's Navajo Fry Bread

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup milk

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 Serrano pepper, minced (or a jalapeno will do)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 cup medium salsa verde
- 1/2 cup sour cream

- ENCHILADAS:
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
- 8 oz Cabot Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded - divided
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- 3 avocados, peeled and chopped
- 8-10 flour tortillas
Easy Crockpot Chicken Fajitas

- 1 lb of Chicken Breasts
- 3 Peppers (Green, Red, and Yellow), sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 Package of Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup of chicken broth or water
- Flour or corn tortillas
- Toppings – sour cream, cheese, guacamole, etc.
