Squash Custard Pie

Acorn squash has been a favorite of mine since I was little and my mother baked it with sugar and cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup mashed cooked winter squash
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 dash salt
- 1 unbaked pastry shell (9 inches)
- Whipped cream or topping or garnish
Tons of Blueberry Coffee Cake

I don't know where I got this recipe from, but every time I make it
- Cake:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk, plus
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups blueberries
- ...................................
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 3 tablespoons butter

- Dash of thyme, sage and celery salt to taste
