Picnic Banana Pudding

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and fluffy
- 1 8 oz block cream cheese softened to room temp.
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 5 oz package Instant vanilla pudding mix larger box
- 3 cups milk 2 % or higher
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 16 oz tub whipped topping thawed
- 1 11 oz box Nilla wafers
- 5-7 bananas peeled and sliced
THREE MEAT BAKED BEANS

Brown sausage and remove from skillet
- 1 ⁄2 lb Polish sausage, cut into 1-4-inch slices
- 1 ⁄2 lb ground beef
- 3 tablespoons chopped onions
- 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 (16 ounce) cans pork and beans
- 1 ⁄3 cup ketchup
- 1 ⁄4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons prepared mustard
King Ranch Chicken

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 cups cooked chicken
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 small green pepper, diced (optional)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pound grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
- 10-12 corn tortillas (can be softened in chicken broth)

- 15 oz can of salmon
- 1 egg
- 1 heaping tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup flour

Slice unpeeled eggplant lenthwise into 1/4" slices
- 2 large eggplants
- oil for frying
- 1 28-oz can of crushed tomatoes with puree
- 3-4 TBSP olive oil
- 1-2 cloves garlic - minced
- 1 medium onion - chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1-2 tsp wine vinegar (to taste)
- 2-3 TBSP chopped basil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Cranberry Relish

- 2 pounds fresh cranberries
- 4 medium apples, cored

- 1 1 1 pkg Ramen noodles, dry and broken up
- 1 1 1 pkg Ramen flavoring, beef or chicken
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup sugar
American Lasagne

- 2 1/2 cups canned, crushed tomatoes
