Sweet Potato Fluff

Mix first 5 ingredients together all and pour into greased 9x13 pan
- Topping:
- 3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups sugar (I use much less)
- 1 TBSP vanilla
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup flour
- 5 TBSP butter, melted
Chinese Cole Slaw

In a large bowl mix salad ingredients and chill
- Salad:
- 1 pound bag cole slaw mix
- 1 small package toasted slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 2-3 green onions - chopped
- 1 package Ramen noodles, dry - broken up
- Dressing:
- 1 package Ramen flavoring - beef or chicken
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
Texas Caviar

Combine all ingredients; mix lightly
- 1 14-oz can black-eyed peas - drained
- 1 15-1/2 oz can shite hominy - drained
- 2 medium tomatoes - seeded and chopped
- 4 green onion - very thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves - minced
- 1 medium gree bell pepper - finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup fresh parsley or cilantro - chopped
- 1 cup Pace Picante sauce
Fudge Ribbon Cake

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- 4 TBSP Butter, softened
- 2 8oz packages of cream cheese, softened (can use reduced fat)
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 TBSP corn starch
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c plus 1 1/3 c milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 c sifted flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 c butter, softened
- 4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate melted and cooled
Chicken Fruit Salad

Place in chilled shallow bowl
- 2 cups cubed white chicken meat
- 1 can Mandarin oranges
- 1/2 cup red grapes - seeded and halved
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- pineapple if desired
- 3/4 cup mayonaise
Cheese Ball

Good with Wheat Thins and Triscuits
- 2 8oz packages cream cheese
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 10 strips crisp bacon
- 1/3 cup chives, chopped
- 1 cup pecans finely chopped
Pear Saute

In a large saucepan or skillet, melt butter over medium heat
- 4 pears, cored, peeled, sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Mexican vanilla
- pinch of salt
Spinach Dip

Combine all ingredients. Serv in scooped out Shepherd's bread with bread chunks for dipping
- 1 package dry vegetable soup mix
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 8oz container sour cream
- 1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and all moisture squeezed out
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 3 stalks green onion, chopped
- 1 loaf Shepherd's bread
30 Minute Chicken in Pampered Chef Baker

- 4-5 pound chicken
- Poultry seasoning or McCormick rotisserie chicken seasoning
Hot Artichoke Dip

- 2 8-oz packages cream cheese - softened
- 1 c mayonaise (can use reduced fat)
- 1 c grated parmesan cheese
- 1 can artichoke hearts (5-6) drained and chopped
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- dill weed to taste
