Mix first 5 ingredients together all and pour into greased 9x13 pan

  • Topping:
  • 3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar (I use much less)
  • 1 TBSP vanilla
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 5 TBSP butter, melted

  • Salad:
  • 1 pound bag cole slaw mix
  • 1 small package toasted slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2-3 green onions - chopped
  • 1 package Ramen noodles, dry - broken up
  • Dressing:
  • 1 package Ramen flavoring - beef or chicken
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 15-1/2 oz can shite hominy - drained
  • 2 medium tomatoes - seeded and chopped

  • 1 medium gree bell pepper - finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup fresh parsley or cilantro - chopped

  • 2 8oz packages of cream cheese, softened (can use reduced fat)
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar

  • 1/4 c plus 1 1/3 c milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 c sifted flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 c butter, softened
  • 4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate melted and cooled
