Crockpot Pot Roast

Amazing flavor, and so simple! No salt needed here
- 1 (4 -5 lb) beef roast, any kind
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package brown gravy mix, dry
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package dried Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package ranch dressing mix, dry
- 1/2 cup water
Stir Fry Scallops

1 Tbl. soy sauce 1 Tbl. cornstarch 1 lb
- 1 Tbl. soy sauce
- 1 Tbl. cornstarch
- 1 lb. fresh scallops, cut in half
- 1/4 C chicken broth
- 4 C sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium bell pepper or red pepper
- 1 C snow peas
- 2 Tbl. water
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 C cooked rice
Slow Cooker Nacho Dip

Brown ground beef. Drain
- 1 lb. ground beef
- Dash of salt
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of onion powder
- 2 garlic cloves, minced (optional)
- 2 (16 oz.) jars salsa
- 1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- Tortilla chips
Chicken Salad (Neiman Marcus)

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
- 4 cups cooked and diced chicken
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 1/3 cups purple grapes, halved
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds plus additional for garnish, if desired can buy from store)
Stuffed Pepper Soup

Brown beef with chopped onion, add all of the other ingredients
- 1 lb. ground round or ground sirloin
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 peppers (red and green) chopped
- 1 large can diced tomatoes
- 3 cups water
- 1 package dry onion soup
- 1 can beef broth
- 1/2 cup brown rice (uncooked)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Angel Chicken Pasta

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves or thighs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
- 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
- 4 ounces cream cheese with chives
- 1 pound angel hair pasta

- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 2 packets beef powder
- Lawry's to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) package dry shell macaroni, cooked al dente
- 1 1/2 pints sour cream
- 1/2 lb. provolone cheese, sliced
- 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded
Oven Broiled Barbecued Spareribs

In a large kettle, place ribs, onion, salt, pepper and 3 quarts water
- Sauce ingredients:
- 4 lbs. spareribs
- 1 onion, peeled and quartered
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Dash of cayenne
Homemade Banana Pudding

Place a layer of Nilla Wafers in the bottom of a medium sized mixing bowl
- Meringue:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 cups milk
- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 5 bananas
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Dash of salt
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 cup sugar
