William Shatner's Cappuccino Muffins

Preheat oven to 400° and grease muffin tins or line with paper baking cups
- 2 cups flour
- 2/3 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 6 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Peach Cobbler (Pioneer Woman)

- 3 pounds frozen peaches
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (note: we did not do this in the show, but it is necessary)
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Carrot Cake (Healthier version)

Preheat the Oven to 350 degrees F
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
- 3 cups carrots, peeled and grated
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 eggs at room temp
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1 cup crushed walnuts, toasted on a skillet (optional)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese at room temp
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened at room temp
- 1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
Salted Peanut Bars

directions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 7-ounce jar marshmallow créme
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup salted cocktail peanuts
- 1 14-ounce package vanilla caramels, unwrapped
- 3 tablespoons milk
Crockpot Texas Hash

Brown beef in a skillet; drain excess fat
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 (16 oz each) cans tomatoes
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup long-grain rice
Arancini (Rice Balls)

- For the rice:
- 4 cups of arboreo rice(long grain)
- One onion finely chopped
- One quarter of a pound of butter
- 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
- Parmesan cheese( at the end)
- One and a half cups of white wine
- One garlic clove finally chopped
- Chicken or veggie stock(Previously heated)
Veal Parmesan

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place cutlets between two pieces of parchment or plastic wrap
- 2 pounds veal cutlets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 2 to 3 cups panko bread crumbs, as needed
- Kosher salt, as needed
- Black pepper, as needed
- Olive oil, for frying
- 5 cups Simple Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup finely grated Parmesan, preferably Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 1/2 pound fresh mozzarella, torn into bite-sized pieces
Crispy Baked French Fries

Preheat oven to 450F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with paper towels
- 1 russet potato
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2-3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Almond Macaroon Brownie Bars

1 Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan)
- 1 box (1 lb 2.4 oz) Betty Crocker® Original Supreme Premium brownie mix
- Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box (for cakelike brownies)
- 3 cups flaked coconut
- 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
Marinara Sauce (Barefoot Contessa)

- 1 tablespoon good olive oil
- 1 cup chopped yellow onion (1 onion)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 cup good red wine, such as Chianti
- 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes, or plum tomatoes in puree, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
