Caramelized Onion and Gorgonzola

Toast Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Crostini Toast
- 1 medium baguette
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Caramelized Onion and Gorgonzola
- 2 large sweet onions, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 ounce Gorgonzola cheese
Cheese Ball

Mix the first five ingredients with your clean hands
- 2 8-oz cream cheese packages, softened
- 1 5 oz. jar Kraft Roka blue cheese
- 1 5 oz. jar Kraft Old English
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worchershire sauce
- 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Parsley flakes or finely chopped parsley (optional)
Penne and Asparagus Salad

1. In a large pot cook pasta according to package directions until tender but still firm to the bite
- 16 ounces dried penne pasta (about 5 cups)
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-1/2-inch lengths
- 1 cup halved pitted Kalamata olives
- 1 cup chopped red sweet pepper (1 large)
- 6 ounces copocollo or prosciutto, thinly sliced and coarsely chopped
- 6 ounces Fontina cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 4 ounces Gouda cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil
- 1 1/2 cups creamy garlic dressing or creamy Italian Dressing

- 1 1 1 cup black-eyed peas, cooked
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
- 2 2 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 1 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper
Southwest Egg Bake

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 24 24 24 ounces sausage
- 8 8 8 slices bacon, crisp
- 15 15 15 eggs
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup milk
- 1 1 1 cup sour cream
- 2 2 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup diced green chilies
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup green onion
- 1 1 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1 1 teaspoon pepper
Smoked Tuna Dip

- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
