Streusel-Filled Coffee Cake

Thoroughly mix the sugar, shortening and egg
- Streusel Mixture:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp melted margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Pretzel Salad

Mix margarine, pretzels and 3 T sugar together
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 2 cups pretzels (roll or break to nut size)
- 3 T sugar
- Large strawberry jello
- Two 10-oz. pkgs. frozen strawberries (partially thawed)
- Large cream cheese
- Medium Cool Whip
- 1/2 cup sugar
Broccoli Cheese Soup

Cook on low for 5 hrs. Stir well often
- 16 oz. Cheese Wiz
- 4 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 qt. half and half
- 4 (10 oz) packs frozen chopped broccoli
Cream Puff Cake

- Filling:
- 1 stick oleo or butter
- 1 cup hot water
- 4 eggs
- 3 small packages vanilla pudding
- 4 cups milk
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Heat oven to 350. Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, baking powder and baking soda in large bowl
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 3/4 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 cup choc. chips
- 1 egg
- 1 (14 oz) can swetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
Quick Apple Dumplings

Peel apples. Wrap in crescent rolls
- apples
- 1 (8 oz) crescent rolls
- 1/8 t cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/2 cups chopped nuts
Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Heat oven to 350 Sift together the flour, ginger, soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp soda
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup butter/margarine, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 Tbsp sugar
Chocolate Sauce

Melt butter in saucepan. Add sugar and cocoa
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 6 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 can milk
Auntie Anne's Soft Pretzels

Sprinkle yeast on lukewarm water in mixing bowl; stir to dissolve
- 1 1/2 c warm water
- 1 1/8 tsp active dry yeast
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 c bread flour
- 3 c regular flour
- 2 c warm water
- 2 T baking soda
- to taste coarse salt
- 4 T butter (melted)
