Mix Bisquick, milk, 4T butter, garlic powder, cheddar
- 2 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
- 3/4 c whole milk
- 4 T butter
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 1 c cheddar
- 2 T butter
- Chopped parsley
Chocolate Sour Cream Cake

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9" cake pans
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1/3 cocoa powder
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/ c shortening
- 1 1/4 c sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 3 oz melted chocolate
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- 1 c milk
- Fudge Frosting
Oatmeal Cake

Cake: Preheat oven to 350
- Cake:
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Frosting:
- 3 tbl butter
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup canned milk
Lemon Cream Cake

Cake: Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt
- Cake:
- 2 1/4 cups cake flour
- 1 tbl baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
- 4 Large egg whites (save yolks for lemon curd)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1 Stick (8 tbl) unsalted butter, at room temp
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Filling:
- 1/3 cup simple syrup (you'll need more to brush on cake)
- 1 package unflavored powdered gelatin
- 1 batch of lemon curd (recipe below)
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- Lemon Curd:
- 2 Large lemons
- 4 Large egg yolks
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 4 tbl butter, cold
- Vanilla Crumb Topping:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tbs powdered sugar
- 5 tbl chilled butter cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp vanilla
Snickerdoodles

Mix first 4 ingredients. Add dry
- 1 c shortening
- 1 c margerine
- 3 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 5 c flour
- 4 t cream of tarter
- 2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
Jello Cake

Prepare white cake mix, pour into 9x13 cakepan
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 package dissolved jello (in 1 cup of water)
- Cool whip
Pineapple Empanadas

Mix all ingredients except preserves
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 c butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 jar pineapple preserves
- 1/4 powdered sugar
Chocolate Mousse Sour Cream Cake

Line cake pans with wax paper
- 1 package devil's food cake
- 1 cup + 2 tbl sour cream
- 3 tbl instant coffee
- 2 tbl hot water
- 2-7 oz dipping chocolate
- 4 tbl butter
- 2 cup coolwhip
BITCH Dip

MIx all and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes
- 2 cans crabmeat
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 4 green onions
- 1 1/2 t Worcestshire sauce
- 2 T powder sugar
- 1/2 t lemon juice
- 1 c sour cream
Baked French Toast Casserole

Slice bread to 20 slices. Arrange in buttered 9x13 in 2 rows, overlapping
- 1 loaf french bread
- 8 large eggs
- 2 c. Half and Half
- 1 c milk
- 2 T sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- maple syrup
- Praline Topping: 1/2 lb butter, 1 c brown sugar, 1c pecans, 2T corn syrup, 1/2 t cinnamon and nutmeg
