Sugar Cookies

Combine all ingredients. Roll into balls and flatten with glass dipped in sugar
- 1 c butter
- 1 c Crisco
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 t cream of tarter
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 4 1/2 c flour
Pulled Pork Rub

Rub on Pork Butt and refridgerate overnight
- 3 T paprika
- 1 T garlic powder
- 1 T onion powder
- 1 T brown sugar
- 3 T kosher salt
- pepper
Asian Peanut Slaw Dressing

Mix all ingredients with whisk and poor over cabbage slaw
- 6 T vinegar
- 4 T vegetable oil
- 5 T peanut butter
- 2 T sesame oil
- 3 T soy
- 2 T grated ginger
- 3 T brown sugar
- 1 1/2 T garlic
Spanikopita

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Saute onions in EVOO
- 1/2 c EVOO
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 2-8 oz chopped spinach, well drained
- 2 T dill
- 3 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 7 oz feta cheese
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- breadcrumbs
- 2 sticks butter
- 40 sheets phyllo, defrosted in refridgerator.
Potato Gratin with Rosemary Crust

- 1 pie crust
- 1 T chopped rosemary
- 1/4 t ground pepper
- 2 c Gruyere cheese, divided
- 1 1/2 # Yukon Gold potatoes
- 1 1/2 # sweet potatoes
- 1 t kosher salt
- 2/3 c heavy cream
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Carol Marcano's Cucumber Dip

- 1 pint sour cream
- 8 T mayonaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 seeded, diced cucumber

Cappiccino Cheesecake

PAM springform. Mix together nuts, butter, sugar and press into pan
- 1 1/2 c chopped walnuts
- 3 T butter
- 2 T sugar
- 4-8oz pkgs cream cheese
- 1 c sugar
- 3 T flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 T instant coffee
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1/4 c boiling water
- 1 1/2 c Cool Whip
Grilled Romaine with Blue Cheese-Bacon Dressing

Grill on high. Heat 1T evoo and crisp onion and Avon
- 4 T EVOO
- 3/4 c. finely diced red onion
- 1/2 lb diced cooked bacon
- 1/2 c. Balsamic vinegar
- 3 heads Rosie lettuce, cores removed, cut in 1/2 lengthwise
- 1/2 c. Crumbled blue cheese
- Fresh cracked pepper
Toasted Coconut Orange Black and White Cookies
