Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 c butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 jar pineapple preserves
- 1/4 powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except preserves. Knead into dough and roll out and cut with biscuit cutter, making round circle. Place 1 teaspoon preserves onto each circle. Fold in half and crimp edges together with fork. Brush with eggwash and sprinkle with sugar. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degree oven for 12 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
