Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 24-1 x1/4" sticks cream cheese
- 24 pitted dates
- 24 salted almonds
- 8 slices bacon, cut into thirds
- 24 wooden toothpicks
Mocha Mousse Cake

Combine cake mix, sour cream, eggs, liqueur and oil
- 1 pkg chocolate cake mix
- 1 3/4 c sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c canola oil
- 1/2 c coffee liqueur
- 2 c semi-sweet chips
- 1 pkg white baking chips
- 1/3 c butter, cubed
- 1 T instant coffee granules
- 1 t rum extract
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 c heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 t vanilla
Creamy Broccoli and Apple Slaw

- 1/2 c. Sour Cream
- 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 T cider vinegar
- 1 small chopped shallot
- S/P
- 1/2 bunch finely chopped broccoli
- 1/2 finely chopped apple
- 1/4 c. Dried cranberries
- 2 t. Toasted pine nuts
Cheese and bacon stuffed mushrooms

Heat oven to 350. Remove stems from mushrooms
- 12 large mushrooms
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 c. Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 T chopped fresh parsley

- 1 c butter
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 1/2 dark brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 1/2 t vanilla
- 2 c oatmeal
- 7 oz coconut
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
Jodi's Korean BBQ Burgers
