Everyone loves lemon. What i don't get is lemon are ripe in the fall so hard to use them in the spring!

  • Cake:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 stck softened butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups sifted cake flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Glaze:
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon

  • 3 1/2 cups water

  • 1 cup honey (I like maple syrup sometimes)
  • 1 cup softened butter (or 1/2 cup softened butter & 1/2 cup coconut oil)

A real client favorite. These nuts are delicious especially when loaded with my dried cherry/cashew mix!

  • 2 ills. Butter softened
  • 1 lb. 5 oz (approx. 3 cups) sugar
  • 1 lb. 5 oz (approx. 3 1/4 cups) light brown sugar
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 Tb vanilla
  • 3 lbs flour
  • 1 1/4 Tb baking soda
  • 20 oz cranberries or cherries
  • 1 lb walnuts
  • (I have successfully substituted my german mix for fruit & nuts)
  • 2 lb. white chocolate chips ( I like dark chocolate chips)
