Veggie Pizza

Roll out dough and bake according to package directions
- 2 packages Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 package ranch dressing
Peanut Sauce
By khojnicki
Mix all sauce ingredients together over low heat
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 box cooked pasta
- 4 4 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 3 3 tbsp tamari
- 3 3 3 tbsp honey
- Ginger root
- Pinch Pinch of pepper flakes
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 squeezed orange
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 orange rind grated
The Biden's Pasta Caprese

Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, shallot and garlic in a large bowl
- 1/3 c extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
- 1 shallot minced
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 lbs mixed heirloom tomatoes, cored, seeded and cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1 lb pasta such as campanelle, penne or fusilli
- 12 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1/2 c chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
Tuscan Sausage & Bean Dip

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 1 lb hot italian sausage
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 c white wine or chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 1 pkg fresh baby spinach, chopped
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 c chopped, seeded tomatoes
- 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c parmesan cheese
- Assorted crackers or toast points
Gemelli Salad with Green Beans, Pistachios, and Lemon Thyme Vinaigrette

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat
- 8 oz. uncooked gemelli
- 1 c haricot verts cut into 1 1/2" pieces
- 1/2 c chopped shelled pistachios
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves, divided
- 2 tbsp grated lemon rind, divided
- 1 tbsp minced shallots
- 2 tbsp Champagne or white wine vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 5 tbsp EVOO
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 oz. shaved parmesan cheese
Italian Pork Kebabs

Prepare grill. Whisk vinegar, 1 tsp salt, and hot red pepper in large bowl
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless pork loin roast, trimmed and cubed into 1" pieces
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp hot red pepper flakes, to taste
- 1 tbsp EVOO
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 small zucchini, trimmed and cut crosswise into rounds
- 2 large bell peppers, seeded and cut into 1" square pieces
Cocktail Meatballs

Preheat the broiler. In a large bowl, soak the bread in the milk for 1 min, until softened
- 5 slices white bread
- 1 c milk
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1 small white onion, minced
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground mace
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- Vegetable oil, for brushing
- 1 c ketchup
- 1/2 c currant jelly
- 1/2 c dry sherry
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
Pork Tenderloin French Dips

Heat the oven on high. Coat the pork with EVOO and season with salt and pepper or montreal steak seasoning
- 1 pork tenderloin
- EVOO, for drizzling
- Salt and pepper
- Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 container of 32 oz. chicken stock
- 1 small orange, zested and sliced
- 1 carrot, coarsely chopped
- 2 large shallots, coarsely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 bay leaves
- Honey, drizzle
- Peppercorns
- Sprigs of thyme, finely chopped
- 2 small sprigs rosemary, finely chopped
- Small handful of flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1 baguette loaf, cut crosswise into 4 pieces
Cream of Roasted Fennel Soup with Homemade Croutons

- 1 fennel bulb
- 1 cup coarsely chopped white onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 14.5 oz. cans reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1 russet potato, peeled and cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1 cup half and half or light cream
- 2 tbsp grapefruit juice
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin
- Ground white pepper
- Kosher salt
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds
- Homemade croutons
Very Chocolatey Pots De Creme

- 1 c heavy whipping cream
- 4 oz. bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1/4 c packed light brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
