Pepperoni Puffs

- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1-1/2 c. pepperoni, diced
- Combine flour, baking powder, milk, egg and cheese; mix well. Stir in pepperoni; let stand for 15 minutes. Spoon into greased mini muffin cups, filling 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes, until golden. Makes 2
Barbequed Onion Soup Ribs

1.Pour water into a large wide saucepan and set over high heat
- 2 cups (500 mL) water
- 38 g pouch onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Tabasco sauce
- 2 racks pork ribs, either side or back, about 3 lbs (1.5 kg)
- vegetable oil
- pinches of salt and ground black

Bruschetta Chicken Bake

Mix tomatoes, stuffing and garlic till just moist
- 1 (19 oz) can tomatoes
- 1 pkg Stove Top Stuffing
- 2 clove crushed gaerlic
- 1 1/2 lb cooked chicken breast
- 1 t basil
- 1 c shredded cheese
Tortilla Triangles

- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c. sour cream
- 4-oz. 4-oz. 4-oz. can chopped green chiles
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c. green onion, chopped
- 1 1 t. jalapeño pepper, chopped
- to and pepper to taste
- 10 8-inch 10 8-inch flour tortillas
- Garnish: salsa

Preparation Stir first 8 ingredients in medium bowl to blend
- • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- • 3 tablespoons canola oil
- • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- • 2 tablespoons (packed) dark brown sugar
- • 1 tablespoon oriental sesame oil
- • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- • 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- • 2 small serrano chilies, stemmed, thinly sliced into rounds
- • 9 ounces green beans, trimmed, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch pieces
- • 1 9-ounce package fresh linguine
- • 2 cups shredded peeled carrots
- • 1 cup thinly sliced green onions
Maple Topped Sweet Potato Skins
