- 3 Large chicken breasts, about 2 pounds. Halved and skinned.

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 pound smoked sausage, cut into 1/4 inch slices.
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 5 Tablespoons margarine
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 bunch flat leaf parsley, stems and leaves
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 5 Beef bouillon cubes
- 1 - 14 ounce can stewed tomatoes, with juice
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled
- 2 cups fresh or frozen sliced okra
- 4 green onions, sliced. white and green parts
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Risotto

Heat the oil in a 4 quart or larger cooker
- 1 tbls olive oil
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions or shallots
- 1 1/2 cup arborio rice
- 1/2 cup vermouth
- 3 1/2 to 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- freshly ground pepper
- 3 tbls chopped parsley

Combine 1/3 cup butter, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs

Baked Rice Pudding

- 1 Pound ground beef
- 1 Large onion chopped
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 Cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Cans (15 oz) Tomato sauce
- 2 Cans (6 oz) Tomato paste
- 2/3 Cup Burgundy, beef broth or tomato juice
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Teaspoon basil
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon pepper

In a medium saucepan, stir together the honey and molasses
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
