1 Heat the oven to 375°F
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup or (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup or (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 3/4 cup uncooked long grain white rice
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, corn, peas)
- 1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 2 ounces)
Halibut with Artichoke and Olive Caponata (Giada)

For the caponata: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt, plus extra for seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus extra for seasoning
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 8 ounces frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes, with juices
- 10 pitted kalamata olives, halved
- 3 tablespoons raisins
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and drained
- 4 (4 to 5-ounce) center-cut halibut fillets, about 1-inch thick
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf Italian parsley, for garnish
Ham Gravy (Pioneer Woman)

Into the pan that the ham was cooked in (or use bacon grease if you don't have ham juices), add the butter
- Ham cooking juices
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, more or less to taste
- 4 to 6 cups whole milk
- Salt and ground pepper
- Biscuits, for serving
Hamburger Stew (Slow Cooker)

(1) Brown meat and onions in saucepan
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 cups tomato juice (or Spicy V8, if you want a little kick)
- 2-3 carrots, sliced
- 2-3 ribs celery, sliced
- half a green pepper, chopped
- 10 oz. frozen corn
- 10 oz. frozen green beans
- 2 medium potatoes, cubed (or substitute with one cup of barley)
- 2 cups water (or if you want it extra beefy, use one cup water and one cup of beef broth)
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce (I used Lea & Perrins original)
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- dash of hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix, or 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper (Salt and pepper can be adjusted to taste. Feel free to add a little hot sauce, such as Tabasco, if you want it extra spicy.)
