- 1 box (19.5 oz) fudge brownie mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated chocolate chip cookies
- Vanilla ice cream, if desired
Quick Compound Butters

Whipped with fresh herbs, citrus zest, spices and more, butter becomes more than just a spread
- There are many variations...the Directions tab will tell you the best list of ingredients, but here are a few.
- Lemon Herb Butter: 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1-2 teaspoons lemon zest and 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh herbs—try dill, parsley, tarragon, thyme, oregano or a blend.
- Chili Lime Butter: 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, 1-2 teaspoons fresh lime zest and 2 teaspoons red chili flakes.
- Blue Cheese Butter: 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese and 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives (optional).
- Cinnamon Butter: 1 tablespoon cinnamon and honey (or superfine sugar) to taste.
- Fig Butter: 1 jar fig preserves—chop up any large bits of fig—1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg.
- Butterscotch Butter
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 4 tablespoons butterscotch topping

Homemade Chai Tea

1.In a small saucepan, mix together the water, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger and bring just to simmering
- 1-1/2 •1-1/2 cups water
- 1/4 •1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 •1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 •1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 3 •3 black tea bags
- 2/3 •2/3 cup soy milk or low-fat milk of your choice
- 2 •2 tsp. honey, divided (or to taste)

- 6 eggs
- 1 cup low-fat milk (1% or 2%)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Shredded BBQ Chicken Sliders with Creamy Cole Slaw

BBQ chicken and coleslaw sandwiches
- 1 ½ Cups ketchup
- 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 4 Tablespoons worstershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ Tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Pinch of salt
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (I pressure cook mine)
- Simple Coleslaw
- 16 oz bag of coleslaw mix
- ½ Cup mayonnaise or miracle whip
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Whole wheat dinner rolls, I used Alpine Valley (they were awesome, found them at Costco)
Mixed Beet Salad with Basil

- 1/2 pounds mixed beets, peeled and diced (Chioggia, golden, white, red etc.)
- 2 cups mixed basil, chopped (Violetta, Genovese, Cinnamon etc.)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons unrefined extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons raw apple cider vinegar
Navajo Tacos

Yummy Native American Tacos
- TOPPINGS:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 can Chili
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup Salsa
- Sour cream
- 3 Tomatoes, chopped
- FRY BREAD:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 4 cups oil for frying, or as needed
- If don't want to make fry bread - can also use biscuits. Roll them out a bit and fry them in the oil.
