Jumbo Chocolate-Peanut Butter Oat Cookies

Bake up this yummy cookie jusing two easy cookie mixes and favorite chocolate and peanut butter flavors
- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® oatmeal chocolate chip cookie mix
- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® peanut butter cookie mix
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup candy-coated peanut butter pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted if desired
Pasta Primavera

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
- 3 carrots, peeled and cut into thin strips
- 2 medium zucchini or 1 large zucchini, cut into thin strips
- 2 yellow squash, cut into thin strips
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs or herbes de Provence
- 1 pound farfalle (bowtie pasta)
- 15 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

This isn't the quickest recipie but it is worth the try
- 4 bone in chicken breast (about 3 pounds)
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons evoo
- 4 leeks white or light green part - sliced into half moons
- 4 medium carrots cut into 1/2 inch rounds
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas (or veggies to your liking)
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp fresh terragon chopped
- 1 sheet of frozen puff pastry thawed
- Use a 9 inch pie dish or 8 inch square pan
