- 5 cups canned low-salt chicken broth
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) butter
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
- 1/2 pound uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined
- (I use already cooked frozen shrimp that have been thawed.)
- 1 package of mushrooms
- 1 cup peas
