- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 cups sliced fresh fruit (strawberries, nectarines, pears, or peeled peaches)
- Powdered sugar or whipped cream (optional)
Garlic and Rosemary Slow-Roasted Turkey

1. Remove and discard giblets and neck from turkey
- 1 (12 lb) fresh or frozen turkey, thawed
- 9 garlic cloves, divided
- 1 TBS chopped fresh rosemary

- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
