Nacho Cheese Beef Bake

- 2 c. egg noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 14.5 oz can diced taomties
- 1 10.75 oz can condensed nacho cheese soup
- 1 5.75 oz jar pimiento stuffed olives, drained
- 1 4oz can chopped chilies
- 1.5 c (6 oz) shredded cheddar
- 2 c. tortilla chips crushed
- 1/3 c. ranch salad dressing
- shredded lettuce
- sour cream
- salsa
Creme Brulee Cheesecake Bars

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray
- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® sugar cookie mix
- 1 box (4-serving size) French vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs plus 3 egg yolks
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup toffee bits, finely crushed

Baked Apple Cinnamon French Toast

Heat a 10-inch oven-safe non-stick skillet or casserole pan over medium high heat
- 3 tablespoons butter, divided
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 Granny Smith, Mcintosh or other good cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced (1/4-inch slices)
- 8 thick slices French or Italian bread (1/4-inch thick slices)
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar and maple syrup for serving
