  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives (for garnish)
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled (for garnish)
