Pasta with Shrimp & Basil Recipe

In a large saucepan, cook pasta according to package directions
- 3 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/3 cup butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 pound peeled and deveined cooked medium shrimp
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c land of lakes butter softened
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 sugar
- 1 small bag of Hersey kisses
Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
- 8 ounces cooked, diced ham
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of potato soup
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
Baked Penne Pasta with Chicken Alfredo Sauce

Cook pasta according to package directions
- 1- 16 ounce box penne pasta
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 2 chicken breasts, cut in half horizontally
- 1 cups chicken broth
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups half and half
- 1/2 red pepper, cut into bite size strips
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Asiago cheese
- salt and pepper, as desired
- 1 Tbsp. Cajun spice
- 1/2 Tbsp. Italian spice
Quick Italian Beef & Vegetable Soup

Brown turkey and garlic in a large Dutch oven
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans ready-to-serve beef broth
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can Italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup sliced carrots (I use 2 carrots)
- 1 (15.8 oz.) can cannellini or great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups loosely packed torn fresh spinach
