Meat Loaf (Turkey and Pork)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 tbls. butter
- 1/2 tsp. dryed onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 3/4 cup thick barbecue sauce, divided
- 1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers (unsalted tops crackers)
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Crispy Italian Pork Chops

POUND each pork chop with meat mallet, rolling pin or side of a can to 1/4-inch thickness
- 4 bone-in pork chops, 1/2 inch thick (6 oz. each)
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing and Marinade, divided
- 1 pouch SHAKE 'N BAKE Italian Seasoned Coating Mix
- 4 cups arugula
- 1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 8 lemon wedges
Tomato Sauce:

In a large casserole pot, heat oil over medium-high heat
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 2 (32-ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
- 4 to 6 basil leaves
- 2 dried bay leaves
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, optional
