Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, set aside
- 13 g (2 tbs) Ground Flaxseed
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 56 g (1/4 cup) Coconut Oil
- 128 g (1/2 cup) Natural Peanut Butter (no sugar/salt/oil added)
- 1 tsp Butter Extract
- 28 g (1 tbs + 1 tsp) Molasses
- 192 g (1 cup) Granulated Erythritol (or dry sweetener of choice)
- 144 g (1.5 cups) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt

- 1/2 c. + 2 T. full-fat coconut milk
- 1 t. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 c. unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted
- coconut cream (scrape this off of the top of the canned coconut milk and reserve for topping), optional
