Crockpot BBQ Beer Chicken

Season chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper
- 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 large)
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces of beer (I used a classic amber)
- 32 ounces of barbecue sauce

- 1/2 c - heavy whipping cream
- 6 tbsp - confectioner's sugar*
- 8 oz - cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tbsp - fresh lemon juice
- 1 c - sugar
- 3 tbsp - cornstarch**

- 1 c - boiling water
- 1/2 c - strained orange juice
- 2 tbsp - grated lemon zest
- 8 - thinly sliced lemon wedges, for garnish (optional)

In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, combine the dark chocolate, butter, almond butter
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate
- 8 Tbsp grassfed butter (or coconut oil)
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of Real salt
- Optional--1/4 cup powdered sweetener (or 2 Tbsp honey for Paleo)
- 2 1/2 cups coconut flakes
- 3 1/2 cups finely shredded coconut
