Caramel Machiatto Tiramisu

Mix the cream cheese with the caramel syrup until smooth and creamy
- For the filling:
- 12 4x4 squares of cream cheese pancakes (unsweetened)
- 1 cup espresso or coffee, cooled
- Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
- 4 oz of cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbl caramel flavored syrup
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 package (16 oz) Pillsbury® Ready To Bake!™ refrigerated sugar cookies (24 cookies)
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons frozen limeade concentrate
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 cups fresh blueberries, sliced strawberries and kiwifruit
- Powdered sugar, if desired
Cheesy Chicken Bacon Broccoli and Rice

1. Add the diced bacon to a very large skillet or dutch oven and turn heat to medium high
- 8 slices bacon, diced
- 12 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup diced onion
- 12 oz (about 4 cups) broccoli florets, roughly chopped into small, bite-sized pieces
- 2-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (10-oz) cans Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup extra sharp shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper, each
Enchilada Pasta Soup

In Dutch oven or large saucepan, combine broth, corn, enchilada sauce and chiles; mix well
- 5 1/4 cups Progresso® Chicken Broth (from two 32-oz. cartons)
- 2 (14.75-oz.) cans Green Giant® Cream Style Sweet Corn
- 2 (10-oz.) cans Old El Paso® Red Enchilada Sauce
- 1 (4.5-oz.) can Old El Paso® Chopped Green Chiles
- 1 (10-oz.) can chunk white and dark chicken in water, undrained
- 1 (5-oz.) pkg. uncooked vermicelli, broken into pieces
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 12 oz. (3 cups) shredded colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend

Orange Creamsicle Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons orange zest (for me that was the zest of 2 oranges)

- 3 cups penne pasta, cooked, rinsed
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 12 slices OSCAR MAYER Hard Salami, chopped
- 1 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh basil
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
