Low Fat Version--Yummy!!! :)

  • 2 Tblsp – Margarine
  • 1/2 cup – Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 Tblsp – all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups – Evaporated Milk or Regular Milk
  • 1 cup – Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup – Chicken Broth
  • 4 Tblsp – light cream cheese (small pckg 8 oz)
  • 18-24 oz Fettuccine Noodles

Saute beef, onions, garlic and oil in saucepan until meat is well browned

  • 1 lb lasagna noodles--Bring water to rapid boil and add
  • lasagna noodles. When done, separate and lay out flat on wax or aluminum paper.
  • RICOTTA/COTTAGE CHEESE FILLING
  • 4 cups Ricotta or Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped -substitute with
  • spinach--1 (10oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • and well drained
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black ground pepper
  • Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
  • MEAT SAUCE
  • 1 1/2 - 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 - onion
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped or 1- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 12 oz can tomato paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

Oatmeal chocolate peanut butter no-bake candy bars This recipi is already doubled

  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 1/3 honey
  • 1 cup coconut oil (no substitutes)
  • 4 cups oats (not instant)
  • 2 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
  • (8 oz = 1 cup) I use 2 bags of giradelli chocolate chips, but
  • Hershey brand works great too.
  • (DON'T USE MILK CHOCOLATE---USE DARK CHOCOLATE)

  • 1 1/3 cups water, divided

  • 3 medium red potatoes, scrubbed and diced
  • (about 1 ½ cups)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cups quartered mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 refrigerated unbaked piecrust (for 9-inch pie)
  • 2 ½ cups chopped cooked chicken
