Crock Pot Chili (3 Quart Small Crock Pot)

Beef and Mushroom Stew

This is a very hearty stew that is filled with a lot of wonderful flavors
- 1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 cups Cremini OR Button mushrooms, halved
- 14 oz. can chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 14 1/2 oz. can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
- Parsley sprigs (optional)
Crock Pot Swiss Steak
