My grandmother's favorite stuffing
- 3/4 cup minced onion
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery (stalks and leaves)
- 1 cup butter (or margarine)
- 4 cups bread cubes
- 4 cups corn bread (suggest crumbling corn muffins)
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage (Sage)
- dry/fresh herbs to taste (can use sage leaves, thyme,
