Preheat oven to 375 degree F, and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of the cornmeal onto a large baking sheet pan

  • Basic Pizza Dough:
  • 1 1 1 recipe Basic Pizza Dough, recipe follows, or store bought refrigerated pizza dough from a can or tube
  • 2 2 2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
  • 1 1 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 3/4 3/4 pound mild Italian sausage, remove from the casings
  • 1 1 1 cup diced yellow onions
  • 1 1 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 3 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 2 2 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 1 2 egg plus 2 teaspoons water, beaten together
  • 1 1 1 cup warm (110 degrees F) water
  • 1 1 1 (1/4-ounce) envelope active dry yeast
  • 1 1 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1 1 1/2 plus 1 1/2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 3 3 cups bleached all-purpose flour
  • 1 1 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 to 5 bowl, combine the water, yeast, sugar, and 1 tablespoon oil and stir to combine. Let sit until the mixture is foamy, about 5 minutes.

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsps Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1/2 lb lump crab meat, picked over
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • Additional chopped green onion and parsley for garnish

  • * 1 pound confectioners' sugar
  • * 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • * 1/4 pound (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • * 1/3 cup boiling water
  • Sift together the confectioners' sugar and cocoa powder into a large mixing bowl. Add the butter and use an electric mixer to combine. Add the water and mix until smooth. Let cool, then use. Yield: about 2 cups
